Karen as always is amazing in every way!! This is the third bag I have purchased from Karen and yet again I have not been disappointed. From the first discussion of what I wanted, one of her designs, but always a little different, this time a stand out colour, she was approachable and got back to me straight away with ideas. Once ordered the bag was made and sent in exception time and I had it in time for Christmas, even though I only ordered a couple of weeks before hand. The bag is beautiful, great design, well made and perfect size. Couldn't be happier and shall return for my next item soon!!!
